Will Young has done something very special indeed, It is so nice and important to see a musician using his platform to make a positive change to our bleeding world, but that isn’t what has impressed me the most! Will has just covered Bacharach’s standard and made it his own, something only a handful of musical icons have been able to do.
WWF and Will Young have teamed up for a new campaign aimed at making the planet “number one” this Christmas and to highlight how global populations of wildlife have halved since 1970.
I will leave you with this poem that aptly describes humanity from wildlife’s view, lets help change this!
We have enslaved the rest of the animal creation, and have treated our distant cousins in fur and feathers so badly that beyond doubt, if they were able to formulate a religion, they would depict the Devil in human form.
