INSTAGRAM’S BOOMERANG APP MAKES IT SUPER EASY TO CREATE 1-SECOND GIF PHOTOS
Instagram just released a standalone app that makes it incredibly easy to create beautiful looping 1-second video GIFs, which add some awesome texture and movement to what would normally be a simple photo.
