I grew up taking the Northern Line and the voice of Oswald Lawrence has been tattooed in my memories, so much so that when I heard it again in this extraordinary short film it gave me an overwhelming sense of calm.
I cannot imagine what it would have been like to be his widow and have that voice seemingly live on forever; this film takes us through her story. Luke Flanagan has made a love letter to London that tenderly reminds us what matters most in this crazy life.
