The trailer for the new James Bond film has only appeared today — but it’s already making quite the stir. “No Time To Die” is directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga and will be Daniel Craig’s last outing as the famous spy, leading to high anticipation for the film.
And this trailer shows it’s prepared to deliver. In this iteration, we’ll be seeing a character-driven plot and a film that revels in subverting expectations.
“It was important to me to try not to think about what are we going to do that no one’s ever seen before in Bond, rather than thinking about the action before the story,” Fukunaga told Empire Online. “I was really trying to approach it from the perils of the characters rather than Rube Goldberg-esque potentiality.”
