Some covers of songs can feel a little forced or unnatural — while others are just a perfect fit. This video features a completely epic cover from HAIM, featuring a classic that we all know and love. “The Haim sisters cover 90s icon Shania Twain’s classic ‘That Don’t Impress Me Much’ for triple j’s Like A Version,” the video explains. “Like A Version is a segment on Australian radio station triple j. Every week a musician or band comes into the studio to play one of their own songs and cover a song they love.” And it is clear that they love this song. It’s a folkier, more relaxed version than the original — as you might expect — but still captures the fun, catchiness of the tune.

Not only do you get to hear their amazing cover, you also get a little insight into just how excited they were when Shania Twain gave them a shout-out. Hearing the three young women talk about (and fan-girl) over Twain is a real joy. You can see the interview and the performance here:

HAIM are incredible performers and gifted songwriters in their own right, but hearing them take on a classic like this is such a treat. They love the cheesy hit as much as we do — and it shows.
